JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.137 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 DP Act.

As per prosecution case, petitioner happens to be husband of the informant. For demand of dowry he has subjected her to cruelty and ousted her from the house along with her minor child.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than five and half months. Charge sheet has already been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

No.4442 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.137 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to co-operate in the trial and appear in the court as and when required otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
