JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 16-11-2017 In absence of any clear or unimpeachable document or evidence to show that the petitioner is a legally wedded wife of the erstwhile employee namley, Baccha Tiwary, who retired way back in the year 1997 without giving any declaration with regard to the status of the present petitioner as a wife, coupled with the fact that petitioner realised after more than a decade that she is wife and she may be entitled to family pension, the whole thing become suspicious. Therefore, there cannot be any decisive order in favour of the petitioner. Writ Application is dismissed.
