JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 18 litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered and he has been in judicial custody since 15.12.2019 and chargesheet has been submitted. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)
