The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 304 (B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is uncle-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that father-in-law of deceased has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the facts that the father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court and this petitioner is in custody since 20.8.2018, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6486 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018.
