The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The Chowkidar alleged that by the order of SHO he apprehended Bhola Yadav, but the petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have got him freed.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 08.07.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in Palasi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2002.
