JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, one laptop along with charger and one mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but there is nothing on the record to show that the aforesaid seized articles were stolen property. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26-062015. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 303 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
