JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2024 Though the present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, inasmuch as the earlier petition of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.08.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 44141 of 2018, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after lapse of six months from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13477 of 2024(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 today in case there is no substantial progress in the ongoing trial, in view of the fact that the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Civil Court, Nawada, by his letter dated 23.03.2024, has informed this Court that out of seven chargesheeted witnesses, five have already been examined and steps are being taken to examine the rest of the two witnesses. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
