ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Perused the report of the S.P. Supaul from which it appears that active steps have been taken for production of the witnesses in trial of amalgamated cases i.e. Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2012 and Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2012. In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing the bail to the petitioner. The prayer is once again rejected with direction to the Trail Court to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and take stringent steps for ensuring attendance of the witnesses on the date so fixed.
