====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumeriya P.S. Case No. 32 of 2009 for the offenses under Sections 144, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he, along with other accused persons, was involved in destroying the buildings of Middle School, Community Hall and Panchayat Bhawan by Explosive Substances. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
