2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 172/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim. The statement of the victim girl does not support the prosecution case.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9950 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ VI cum Exclusive Special Court, POCSO Act, Bhojpur in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 172/2023.
