The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Shah, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Atri P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015.
