2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 386, 504, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons demanded Rs. 7 lakh as extortion money from the informant. On protest, they assaulted him with iron rod and further, they snatched his golden chain and cash.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The falsity of the case is apparent as there is allegation of assault at the hands of accused persons but none had

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and further condition:- (i) The learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner after accepting his bail bond and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall be liable to cancelled.
