The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on the basis of forged land possession certificates 15 loan applications were processed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has never applied for loan on the basis of forged land possession certificate.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35590 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
