The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2021 in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 286/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273/420/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the helper of the truck from which 4361.91 liters of illegal liquor has been recovered. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released after framing of charge or after completion of one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
