2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
(i) for issuance of an appropriate Writ/ Writs, Order/ Orders, Direction/ Directions directing the respondents particularly Respondent No. 6 to measure & demarcate the land of the petitioner pertaining to Mauza- Kota, Thana No. 121, Khata No. 40, Khesra (Plot) No. 278, measuring area 0.52 3/4% Acre situated in
Patna High Court CWJC No.2083 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/3 Halka- Sikriyan under Sasaram Circle which Jamabandi has been created in the name of the petitioner Shahroz Alam S/o Muzaffar Naquib containing Jamabandi No. 66/12;
(ii) for issuance of a direction to the Respondents to consider the grievance & get it redressed accordance with law;

This Court has gone through the letter no. 1011 dated 09.06.2023 issued by the office of the Circle Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram and addressed to the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms Rohtas at Sasaram relating to the land of the petitioner and incorporating the different rules/regulations, the same has been referred to the DCLR, Rohtas at Sasaram for taking a decision.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that almost eleven months have lapsed without the respondent no. 5, the DCLR, Rohtas at Sasaram taking any decision.
5. Learned G.P.-6 submits that in view of the letter of the Circle Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram the DCLR should address the issue, if the same has not been disposed of.
6. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 5, the DCLR, Rohtas at Sasaram to immediately take the Land Measurement Case No. 09/2022-23
Patna High Court CWJC No.2083 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 3/3 to its logical conclusion, if not concluded after putting each and every party to notice.
7. As already eleven months have lapsed, it is expected that the decision shall be taken preferably within a period of six months from the date the copy of the order is served in his office.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
