2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ/writs order/orders, and/or direction/directions for giving

Patna High Court CWJC No.12009 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 possession of the land which was given to him by a valid Parcha/Parwana issued by the State Government (District Collector Bhagalpur) District-Bhagalpur, by which the petitioner is affected. The land in question is situated at Village/Mauja-Fulakia, Thana no.32, Ismielpur, District Bhagalpur in Khata no.776, Khesra No.02, are 1.50 decimal. The petitioner isunable to produce Parwana because it is not available. But the facts proves in the following circumstances."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent, Collector, Bhagalpur for the redressal of his grievance.

4. The affected persons much less the petitioner have all the liberty to approach appropriate authority for the redressal of the grievance.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
