In terms of the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 13.10.2017 in CWJC No. 2787 of 2017 enquiry in respect of 69 schools have started by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board may carry inspection in the matter
Patna High Court CWJC No.6651 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 of 69 schools but while making enquiry they are required to consider the judgment of the LPA Bench in which it has been held out that rule 1993 will apply prospectively and will not operate with retrospective effect.
With the aforesaid clarification the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry in terms of the direction of the co-ordinate Bench in CWJC No. 2787 of 2017.
