2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter-in-law of the petitioner has been killed by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023.
