The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, dated 10.09.2019 reveals that the victim girl has already been traced out and in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she stated that she had voluntarily gone to Delhi along with one Pappu Kumar for the reason that parents of the victim were residing at Delhi and the victim was not comfortable at the village.

No.6738 of 2019(7) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No.574 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
