KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Petitioner is aggrieved by settlement of Basgit Parcha to the respondent no.5. It has been stated by the counsel for the state that party aggrieved by the order of Circle Officer has remedy of filing appeal before the Collector. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur that if any appeal is filed by the petitioner then same should be considered and decided after hearing all the concerned parties within six months from the date of filing of appeal by the petitioner.
The delay in filing Appeal may be condoned by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2082 of 2018(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 District Magistrate as the matter remained pending in the High Court.
