Petitioners happen to be brothers in law of the deceased and contention on their behalf is that they are junior members of their family and have no authority to compel the husband of the deceased as well as their father to demand dowry. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of status of the petitioners in their family, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
