The petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. Case No.229 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that Dr. Kumari Padma got Progressive Education and Rural Development Society registered in her name by forging the signature of old members of the society. The petitioner is a mere member of the society. Dr. Kumari Padma has already been granted anticipatory bail. Petitioner is in jail since 26.09.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months and the main accused Dr. Kumari Padma has been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,
