Smt. Kumari Amrita (GP-3) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 23-07-2024 Upon repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State is present.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.01.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Katihar (annexed as Annexure-5) and to reinstate the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika at Center No.29, Ward No.9, Block-Kadwa, District- Katihar.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has been filed against the order of issuance

Patna High Court CWJC No.3047 of 2019(3) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 of notice for filing the stand of the petitioner before District Programme Officer, Katihar. Counsel further submits that from Annexure-9, it transpires that the petitioner has already been removed from the post.

4. In this background, it transpires to this Court that on the one hand, vide Annexure-5, issuance of notice for filing reply for cancellation of appointment has been challenged and on the other hand, vide Annexure-9, the petitioner has already been removed from the post of Anganbari Sevika at Center No.29, Block-Kadwa, District- Katihar.

5. As such, since the order of termination has already been made, hence, the writ petition challenging the notice in the removal proceeding has become infructuous. Therefore, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
