2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 564 of 2019, lodged on 29.09.2019, under Sections 420, 419, 467 & 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 29 & 30 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 01.09.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23323 of 2022 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail one year after framing of the charge.

4. Learned counsel further submits that more than one year has passed since the framing of charge, yet the trial has not been concluded. It is also submitted that a report regarding the

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that a report regarding the present stage of the trial has been called for. As per the report, four witnesses have already been examined, and the examination of only two witnesses remains.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
