2. The petitioner has move before this Court for the following relief:- (i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint the Anganwari Sevika on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Harser Panchayat at Meenapur Block, Muzaffarpur;
(ii) for Directing the respondent to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2692 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/3 comply the resolution passed in Aam Shabha at Kodaria middle School Kutchheri Bazar on 6.11.2019 and 20.11.2019 at Harser Panchayat Ward No.3;
(iii) for directing the respondent no.6 to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika who has selected and the Aam Sabha Passed the resolution either to appoint the petitioner on the post I Anganwari Sevika or reject the Aam Sabha;
(iv) for directing the respondents to comply the direction given in guidelines 2019 under I.C.D.S. guidelines 2019 selections for Anganwari Sevika/Sahayika Selection Guidelines 2019;
3. The State counsel has pointed out that the petitioner has not availed the remedy available to her and has straightway moved this Court.
4. Mr. Kalyan Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be moving before the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks from today. In case, such representation is filed, the concerned
Patna High Court CWJC No.2692 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2023 3/3 authority shall dispose of the representation within a period of six months.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
