2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 8, vide order dated 30.11.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 1935 of 2021, arising out of Hussainganj MH Nagar P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6737 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 No. 228 of 2021 by the learned 11th Addl. Sessions Judge, Siwan.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case.
