The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus and / or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction(s) to the Respondent No. 5 and 6 to accept Malgujari / Revenue of lands situated at MauzaBhaunagar, Thana No.323, Khata No.583, Plot No. 1453, Area16.01 Acres which has been decreed in favour of petitioners and

Patna High Court CWJC No.2061 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 others by Learned Sub Judge, Katihar by judgment dated 24.03.1995 and decree dated 07.04.1995 passed in Title Suit No. 1/1992 and also issue rent receipt to the petitioners in the respect of above mentioned lands. Also restrain the respondents from interfering possession of petitioners in respect of lands situated at Mauza-Bhaunagar, Thana No.323, Khata No.583, Plot No, 1453, Area- 16.01 Acres.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that despite the fact that Jamabandi cancellation order was set aside by the Civil Court in Title Suit No. 01 of 1992 passed by Sub Judge-Ist, Katihar on 24-03-1995, the Revenue Authorities are not accepting land revenue from the petitioners and their application in this respect is pending before the Circle Officer, Kadwa (respondent No. 5).

4. If it is so, the respondent No. 5 is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner as early as possible, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation(s), this writ petition stands disposed of.
