JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that she demanded Rs. 5 lacs as dowry. It is also alleged that petitioner along with others made attempt to set the informant on fire.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 6.5.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner is Gotni of the informant. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the informant. She resides at Maharashtra. Petitioner is a lady.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the
