The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.01.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 201 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the husband of the informant went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. During investigation, suspicion was raised against the petitioner since the petitioner has some tiff with the victim few days prior to the occurrence. This fact has not been controverted by learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary that there is no direct evidence collected against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35887 of 2014 (4) dt.30-01-2015 2 / 2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Purnea, in connection with K. Nagar (Champanagar) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2011.
