The petitioner claims to be the only surviving legal heir along with his siblings and submits that he is entitled to the retiral benefits of his aunt late Ms Hilda John. It is his case that he had approached the Public Information Officer under the Right to Information Act seeking details in respect of the amounts due to his deceased aunt to enable him to obtain Succession Certificate in this regard. The same has been rejected on 23.10.2019.

Since the petitioner has approached the Public Information Officer under the Right to Information Act, he has
