The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulparas P.S. Case No.282 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Similarly situated co-accused Laloo Kumar Singh @ Laloo Singh and Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Singh have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.11.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.26679 of 2020. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No.4683 of 2020(4) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.282 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
