1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nawada vide order dated 04.02.2020 passed in A.B.P. No.110 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-wife wants mediation/conciliation with the opposite party no.2-husband, therefore, this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for mediation/conciliation between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16698 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 parties.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
