The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 355 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2021, let the abovenamed petitioner be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Excise Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 355 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Gopalganj Police Station on first Sunday of every month during course of the pendency of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6661 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 case. In default in making his attendance in the aforesaid Police Station, will result into cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
