Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Circle Officer, Harsiddhi, West Champaran at Annexure-3, for delivery of possession in favour of the petitioner upon the land which was settled in the name of grandfather of the petitioner in the year 1970 and parcha was issued.
In view of the fact that representation of the petitioner is pending before the Circle Officer, Harsiddhi, West Champaran, this writ application is disposed of with a direction
