2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020 registered on 19.09.2020 lodged under Sections 406, 467,468 and 420 of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 21.12.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.19470 of 2022 with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail six months after framing of charge.

3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2022 having three antecedent. He further submits that charge has already been framed on 24.04.2023 and six months has already been lapsed.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10573 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
