ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners being father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased, Sangeeta Devi, are in custody since 15.4.2014 in Anti P.S. Case No.20 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there has been no such offence as alleged in the F.I.R. rather the entire case has been filed to harass the family of the petitioners and to wreck vengeance against them. It is further submitted that the informant has filed this case belatedly merely because out of sheer frustration on account of the bargaining process for valuables, money and articles. However, noticing the fact that the petitioners being the father-in-law and the mother-in-law of the deceased

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38558 of 2014 (3) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 have had no specific role to play and also that they have been in custody since 15.4.2014, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gaya, in Anti P.S. Case No.20/14.
