2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 1065 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 69 and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that since the year 2013, the petitioner has been establishing physical relationship with the informant on the false promise of marriage. It is further alleged that he has also clicked her private photographs and is threatening her with making those photographs viral.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that prior to this case, the informant of this case had filed another case, which is Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 872 of 2025, wherein she stated that the petitioner is her husband and he and his family members have assaulted and ousted her from the matrimonial house. He also submits that in the previous FIR, the informant herself has stated that the petitioner is her husband, whereas in this FIR, the informant has stated that the petitioner has established physical relationship on the false promise of marriage. He also submits that likewise the informant has filed a case on another person also. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.11.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

No.12464 of 2026(2) dt.10-03-2026 3/3 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Rape and POCSO Act, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
