2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and, as such, the matter has become infructuous.

3. Learned Advocate for the State reiterates the statements made on behalf of the petitioner by referring to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2439 of 2019(5) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts the writ petition stands closed, having become infructuous.
