Case No. 238 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1945. There is recovery of prohibited drugs and cough syrup from the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 15.11.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (Drugs and Cosmetics Act),
