This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 353, 332, 333, 282, 190 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37699 of 2020 by which, similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Bikram Kumar and Indradeo Mahto, have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37699 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17325 of 2021(4) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 2020, this bail application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
