For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Md. Harun Quareshi For the Opp. Party/s : Mr. Sc5 Satyadeo Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 The petitioner complains that despite order of this Court dated 20.9.2011 passed in CWJC No. 6905 of 2010, he is not being appointed as constable in B.M.P.-6. I find from the original order passed by the writ Court on 20.9.2011 as also the present contempt petition that B.M.P.-6 authorities were neither party in the writ petition nor are parties in the present proceeding, hence no order can be passed against the authorities of the B.M.P.-6.
In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the departmental authorities. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) BTiwary/- U
