JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, who have already been granted privilege of bail. Moreover, the petitioner is in jail custody since 04-02-2015 but uptill now, police failed to arrange the Test Identification Parade.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
