No. 69759 of 2018 (an anticipatory bail matter) was dismissed for non-removal of defect within peremptory time allowed by the Court by order dated 28.11.2018.

This application is for setting aside the dismissal of criminal miscellaneous aforesaid and for restoration of the same.

The office report reveals that all the defects in Cr. Misc. No. 69759 of 2018 have already been removed. Hence, for substantial justice, the dismissal of criminal miscellaneous aforesaid is set aside and the same is ordered to be restored to its original file.

Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
