The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.A. Case No. 1524 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A) and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 3000/- per month to his wife for her maintenance, as is evident from supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16879 of 2021(7) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Banmankhi, Purnea in connection with C.A. Case No. 1524 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
