The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim but the victim made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that she loves with Shaligram, the petitioner, and that is why she left her house and went along with Shaligram Mandal.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
