JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being husband of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 30.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case has been lodged on the basis of written report given by the A.S.I, Dandari Police Station and admittedly, the natal people of the deceased had not made any complain against the petitioner and his family members. Moreover, father of the deceased filed a petition before the learned court below at the time of hearing of bail petition of the petitioner mentioning therein that relation of the petitioner with deceased

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35587 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 was very cordial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015.
