JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner has already paid Rs.62,000/- for realization of which the distress warrant in question was issued by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara in Misc. Case No.141 of 2008.

Learned counsel for the State submits that it is his instruction that at present no distress warrant is pending for execution.
