JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katihar Town Sahayak P.S. Case No.476 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 409 and 381 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had not deposited the arms and ammunition after General Election was over.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
