The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner took the ATM card of the informant and tried to withdraw money on alarm the petitioner was apprehended and from whose possession 15 ATM cards of different banks were recovered. It is submitted that only allegation of attempt of was made. There is no allegation of withdrawing money from any ATM. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
