The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The informant named seven persons and alleged that on the order of petitioner Anil Mahto, accused Binod Mahto assaulted the brother of the informant by Pharsa and Raj Kumar Mahto assaulted him with lathi. Brother of the informant died. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. The petitioner is an order giver and he is in custody since 19.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37242 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
